I'm Erica

and this is my story..

It started in 2011, I was in nursing school at the time. I seen a picture of my one year old niece with... a rock. And my whole world stopped. She was a collector (still is) and it captured everything about her that was beautiful. I knew then that nursing wasn't for me, it was photography.

Flash forward and I'm raising two baby girls, my oldest who now fills my camera bag and my 4 Runner with rocks. I have an all-boy bonus son and I am married to the love of my life. And he just so happens to be.. a Geologist.

Interactions between people have always been my favorite. Family's, couples, and children- who I truly believe I can talk to better than adults. When I'm acting weird and silly and definitely NOT cool at all, that's when they think I'm the coolest!

I know this because I've experienced it myself, looking back at your photos takes you back to a moment and gives you a special feeling. It holds a moment forever for you to revisit and I just feel so blessed to give you those moments!
